Our Schools

“We moved here for the schools” is a phrase often heard in Granville. Small class sizes, global perspective, and an abundance of opportunities for sports, arts, and clubs set Granville schools apart.

In the latest state report card of academic achievement and career readiness, Granville had the highest score in Central Ohio and the 2nd highest in the State.

Note: Current residential school tax rates in Granville (#49 in the state) fall short of being able to continue to support that #2 academic achievement ranking.

GEVSD’s Performance Index of 106.1 on 2016-17 Ohio State Assessments was in the top 2% of all 614 school districts in the state.
